The staff is rude. I was questioned when needing extra towels or pillows. Questions such as to why I needed extras and if I want them to come and get them at the front desk. Rooms were updated, but not the bathrooms. They need to use better bathroom toiletries. Towels are stained. You can hear noise from hallways and highway noise. I understand it is a hotel, but the noise was really bad. Could not sleep. The food was not good. The breakfast area is crowded. The only thing that was good was the location because you have the mall and nearby locations to visit. It's not worth the money. Too overpriced compared to better quality hotels in the same area.

Helpful friendly staff. Comfortable rooms recently renovated. Pool and hot tub very nice. New Work out rooms with cardio and weights. Big breakfast with many options. Reasonable prices. Next to the mall and many restaurants. Easy access to favorite places in the area including Canal Park and Hawk Ridge. Tea and coffee out 24/7. Cookies at 8pm. Would give 4.5 if possible. Will be back!

I stayed at this hotel Plenty of times and never had no issues until my stay on the 7th til 8th. I called about a week later because I noticed I didn’t get my deposit back. The lady at the front desk named Melissa told me that they charged me the $150 deposit for cleaning fee. Wait what? The only cleaning that they had to do that I obviously couldn’t do was crumbs from my 7 month old daughter who was playing on the floor. It was from her baby snack she ate. I didn’t have a vacuum so how was I to get it up ? Then they try to tell me that the head housekeeper also said there was a smell of marjiuana in my room. Whoa whoa. Now that was a complete lie! I do not smoke marjiuana and if I did I wouldn’t do it in the room with my baby in there. So why the housekeeper said that I can not say. All I know is that I was charged for crumbs and a smell that I surly didn’t have in there. I’m thinking maybe the neighbors were smoking and she smelled that idk. But this is an outrage. I was honesty very upset and was told I had to wait to talk to general manger next day. Like I feel like I got token for my money.. Im a single mother who was charged a total of $298.00 for something that was not at all what they claimed. Im very disappointed with my stay there for these reasons.
